Pergolide (Permax®)
This is an ergot derivative and, like bromocriptine, is indicated as adjunctive treatment with carbidopa/levodopa. In comparison to bromocriptine, it has a longer duration of action.

This drug has not been frequently studied in the treatment of early PD.
